        從1888年開始，Hugo Kern就在巴符州黑森林地區(qū)，從事鐘表配件彈簧的生產(chǎn)。1971年 Hugo Kern KG與針織元件工廠Liebers Ingolstadt合并成立Hugo Kern Und Liebers 有限公司。從1975年開始，克恩－里伯斯進(jìn)一步向國際化延伸，今日的克恩專營用于各領(lǐng)域的高科技彈簧，精沖及沖壓件，沖壓－折彎件，卡環(huán)及紡織元件的生產(chǎn)和銷售，并先后在世界各國成立50余家子公司，在世界各地享有很高聲譽。2011-2012年集團(tuán)年產(chǎn)值5.42億歐元，全球員工人數(shù)達(dá)到6056人。2013年6月我們舉行了集團(tuán)成立125周年慶典。

From 1888, Hugo Kern began producing tension springs in Schramberg for the clock making industry in the Black Forest. In 1971, Hugo Kern KG merged with knitting parts factory Liebers & Co., Integrated to become Hugo Kern und Liebers GmbH & Co., giving birth to the “KERN-LIEBERS” brand. From 1975,KERN-LIEBERS began its further international expansion. In the following years subsidiaries have been founded all over the world. In order to strengthen the core competencies of KERN-LIEBERS technology dispensing division, the KERN-LIEBERS group is concentrating on high-tech spings, all fields of stamping parts, fine blanking parts, stamping and bending parts, clamping rings and textile industry. FY2011-2012 KERN-LIEBERS gained more than 542 million Euros turnover and has 6056 employees all over the world. Our group held 125th anniversary ceremony in June of Y2013.

    克恩-里伯斯中國業(yè)務(wù)集團(tuán)于1993年由德國克恩-里伯斯集團(tuán)公司投資興建，注冊資本1619萬歐元，公司總部位于德國巴符州黑森林地區(qū)。系德國克恩－里伯斯集團(tuán)旗下50余家子公司之一，是太倉市第一家德國獨資企業(yè)。
    公司成立20年來，經(jīng)過全體員工的不懈努力，現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為一個擁有近600名員工、2.5萬余平方米現(xiàn)代化廠房、多條國內(nèi)一流的德國進(jìn)口彈簧生產(chǎn)線以及各種先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的德國獨資企業(yè)。

Through 20 years hard working, KERN-LIEBERS China nowadays grows into a company with about 600 employees, 25,000 sqm modern workshops, several first-rank spring production lines imported from Germany and various advanced production equipments.

KERN-LIEBERS China is currently reputed for it’s advanced management concept, excellent product quality, up-to-date production equipments, creative R&D, and considerate customers service in the global automobile, electrical, electric apparatus business and railway. 2012 year,  China has product about 18,000,000 unit cars, KERN-LIEBERS has market share about 60% of all the China on the seltbelt spring field, at the same time one third of all fine tights are knitted using sinkers from KERN-LIEBERS.

By adhering to a development strategy of excellent product quality, the company aims at continuously satisfying customers’ demand through a complete quality assurance system, up-to-date testing and controlling technologies, as far the company has passed ISO 9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, ISO/TS16949 and built a strong basis and has founded eight subsidiaries, including KERN-LIEBERS TAICANG Co.,  LTD. 1996 年    引進(jìn)第一條Maximo彈簧自動生產(chǎn)線
The first Maximo Line of springs was installed at KL Taicang
1997年    遷入一期廠房，開始生產(chǎn)沖壓產(chǎn)品
Moved in the 1st stage building, started the production of stamping parts
1998年    二期廠房竣工，引進(jìn)鋼帶剪切生產(chǎn)線
2nd  stage of expansion completed, introduced slitting line machine for steel strip
2000年    與德國巴符州和Fischer公司合作創(chuàng)辦技術(shù)工人培訓(xùn)中心
Training center DAWT founded in cooperation with fischerwerke and the province Baden-Wuerttemberg
2002年    公司正式更名為克恩-里伯斯（太倉）有限公司

2003年    三期廠房竣工，引進(jìn)Bihler設(shè)備

2004年    新購置廠房和土地 ；蘇州克恩-里伯斯精密零件有限公司成立

2004年    17名模具技工通過德國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的考試

2005年    克恩-里伯斯天津精密零件有限公司和卡蘭平汽車部件有限公司成立；
Foundation of Tianjin KERN-LIEBERS Precision Elements Co. Ltd. and KERN-LIEBERS Pieron Autoparts Co. Ltd.
            引進(jìn)噴油嘴墊片生產(chǎn)線和高精度雙面磨盤設(shè)備

2006年    克恩－里伯斯（廣州）精密金屬零部件有限公司于2006年7月開業(yè)成立；
KERN-LIEBERS (Guangzhou) Precision Metal Parts Co., Ltd. was established
          引進(jìn)160噸和250噸的精沖設(shè)備
160 tons and 250 tons fineblanking machines came to Taicang
2007年    年底遷入新廠房辦公，面積13,000 m²
          Moved  in new building, area 13,000 m²
2010年    南京路二期廠房竣工,  面積5,838 m²；引進(jìn)300噸的沖壓設(shè)備

2012年    畢克禮斯精密部件 (太倉）有限公司成立
