In order to strengthen our team, we are looking to employ: 國內(nèi)銷售代表 方向:汽車售后市場 Domestic Sales Presentative Focus: Automotive Aftermarket 您的任務(wù): Your tasks: 1. 勝任和積極支持我們的國內(nèi)客戶,日常銷售業(yè)務(wù)及完整銷售流程:查詢庫存、制定銷售訂單、向客戶發(fā)送銷售訂單以確認、確認ERP 系統(tǒng)中的包裝流程、制作快遞清單(如需出口則安排船期及相關(guān)單據(jù))、制作交貨單(裝箱單/發(fā)票)及任何相關(guān)單據(jù)、跟進交貨期和生產(chǎn)周期,跟進售后問題。 Competent and proactive support for our national customers, be responsible for daily regular business and complete sales process: check stock - make sales order - send sales order to customer for confirmation - make packing course in ERP system - make express list (arrange shipping and documents for exporting) - make delivery documents (packing list/invoice) or any relevant documents, Follow up on delivery dates and production lead times, take care of warranty cases. 2. 定制彈簧業(yè)務(wù):與客戶溝通采集設(shè)計所需所有數(shù)據(jù)、內(nèi)部溝通取得圖紙及報價、將圖紙和銷售訂單發(fā)送給客戶確認、安排生產(chǎn)計劃,并將計劃發(fā)送到生產(chǎn)部,確保交期并準備交貨文件(裝箱單/發(fā)票)。 Taylor made springs business: Communicate and collect all the needed data for designs - communicate internally to have drawings and quotation ready - send the drawings and sales order to customers for confirmation - arrange production plan and send the plan to production department - make sure of the delivery date and make delivery documents (packing list/invoice) 3. 協(xié)助銷售提供日常的銷售報告,制作銷售日報及月報,制作上級要求的其他報表。 Assist the sales with regular sales reporting, make daily and monthly sales reports, make the reports according to the superiors’ requests 4. 搜集行業(yè)、客戶信息,及時向上級匯報。 Collect the industry and customer’s information, and report to the superior. 5. 客戶維護:定期與客戶進行溝通、維護良好的供銷關(guān)系,提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)、鼓勵客戶訂貨。 Customer maintenance: to communicate regularly with customers to build up a good supplying and purchasing relationship, to offer premium service and encourage the customers to order more. 6. 參與展會、活動、客戶培訓等銷售場合,代表公司展示品牌及產(chǎn)品。 Participate in sales occasions such as shows, events, trainings etc., to represent Eibach brand and products. 7. 上級安排的其他工作 Other tasks assigned from superior. 生產(chǎn)Production: 1. 每月關(guān)注生產(chǎn)計劃和采購計劃,與相關(guān)負責人(生產(chǎn)/采購計劃人員)進行溝通確認。 Follow up on the production plan and purchase plan every month, and then talk this with the relevant colleagues. 2. 根據(jù)計劃制定生產(chǎn)及采購需求,將清單發(fā)送給內(nèi)部計劃人員進行生產(chǎn)及采購。 Make production or purchase requests according to the plan. Send the requests to the relevant colleagues to follow up. 3. 更新交貨期及生產(chǎn)周期,統(tǒng)計生產(chǎn)流程數(shù)據(jù),為生產(chǎn)部門提供相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析。 Update the delivery date and production cycle, calculate the production process data, and provide the corresponding data analysis for the production department. 物流Logistics: 1. 跟進經(jīng)銷商的大單發(fā)貨 Follow the distributor’s bulk order delivery 2. 每日完成國內(nèi)客戶的散貨發(fā)貨及非標定制客戶的發(fā)貨 Make sure all drop shipping orders are delivered and non-standard goods are delivered 主管要求的一般行政工作 General administrative tasks as required by superior 您的要求: Your Qualifications: 1. 大專以上銷售、市場、商務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè),3 年以上外企銷售、市場、客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗,有制造業(yè)、汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)知識或工作經(jīng)驗更佳。 University graduate with financing or related profession, more than 3 years’ experience of sales, Marketing and customer service in foreign company. Have knowledge or work experience in manufacturing and automotive industry. 2. 有銷售、物流、生產(chǎn)計劃經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮 Experience in the area of sales, logistic, production plan, import and export is preferred 3. 擁有良好的溝通技巧 Have stronger communication skills 4. 熟練應(yīng)用微軟OFFICE 辦公軟件,尤其是Excel,熟悉金蝶、SAP 等ERP 系統(tǒng)。 Be familiar with Microsoft OFFICE, especially Excel, Kingdee and SAP ERP system. 5. 有強烈客戶服務(wù)意識的獨立的工作能力 Ability to work independently with a strong awareness of customer service 6. 流利地英語說、寫能力 Excellent English in speaking and writing 7. 團隊合作精神、靈活性和抗壓能力強 Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure 8. 有駕照(有信心在高速公路上駕駛) Driving license (confident to drive on the highway) 9. 有機動性(支持在國內(nèi)的商務(wù)出差) Mobility (support the business travel within China) 您的將來: Your Future: ? 在一個有趣的以及未來有良好的發(fā)展機遇的擁有國際業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)代家族企業(yè)工作 Interesting and future oriented challenge with good opportunities for future development in a modern family owed international business ? 合格的工作教學,鼓勵和推進相關(guān)職能和個人能力 ?
