重點:產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)管理以及售后服務(wù) 你的任務(wù): *支持產(chǎn)品策略和產(chǎn)品組合管理 與研發(fā)、銷售和市場部門合作制定和實施產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略 識別市場趨勢、客戶需求和競爭,以開發(fā)和調(diào)整創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品解決方案 產(chǎn)品生命周期管理:從市場分析和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)到市場引進和市場退出(停止項目) 分析和優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品組合,使銷售收入和盈利能力最大化 維護售后市場和賽車的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品目錄和Eibach-App應(yīng)用程序 售后市場和賽車運動標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品目錄管理(彈簧,減震器,穩(wěn)定桿,車輪墊片等) 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)目錄產(chǎn)品的庫存計劃 Eibach應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)庫的管理 *市場與競爭分析 通過定期的市場觀察和競爭對手分析來識別機會和風(fēng)險 與銷售和市場合作,了解市場和客戶的需求,并制定適當(dāng)?shù)慕鉀Q方案 根據(jù)市場和競爭對手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)以及客戶需求制定價格策略 與客戶的研發(fā)技術(shù)人員配合溝通,開發(fā)并且維護關(guān)系網(wǎng) *產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及介紹 與研發(fā)、質(zhì)量控制和外部供應(yīng)商(如數(shù)據(jù)供應(yīng)商、IT公司、開發(fā)人員等)密切合作,協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品開發(fā) 與市場和銷售部門協(xié)調(diào)和實施產(chǎn)品引進(包括市場溝通、定價和產(chǎn)品定位) 伴隨產(chǎn)品開發(fā)從概念到市場準(zhǔn)備,考慮成本,質(zhì)量和最后期限 評估培訓(xùn)需求并分析持續(xù)改進的潛力 培訓(xùn)和支持銷售人員的市場營銷和新產(chǎn)品和現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的投放 技術(shù)和商業(yè)的售后支持,包括技術(shù)和商業(yè) 代表公司和我們的產(chǎn)品參加展覽會,在展會、客戶培訓(xùn)和活動中代表公司和展示產(chǎn)品,為客戶及同事提供技術(shù)培訓(xùn) *KPI及生產(chǎn)與采購管控 監(jiān)控和管理目錄物品的庫存水平(補充:生產(chǎn)與采購) 監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品績效和相關(guān)KPI,如收入、銷售單位、利潤率和市場份額 定期報告產(chǎn)品措施的成功,并確定改進的潛力 向管理層展示產(chǎn)品策略和成果 指導(dǎo)目前市場以及產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的開發(fā),積極開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品以及產(chǎn)品列表;定期向上級匯報 常規(guī)任務(wù) 保證工作質(zhì)量并且及時達成任務(wù);代表公司和我們的產(chǎn)品參加展覽會,客戶培訓(xùn)和活動;部門之間互相配合;完成上級交辦的一般行政管理工作;對客戶和同事進行技術(shù)培訓(xùn) 你的資質(zhì): 流利地英語說、寫能力 技術(shù)背景,例如機械工程、工程學(xué)位更佳,有汽車業(yè)的背景知識和濃厚興趣 有強烈客戶服務(wù)意識的獨立的工作能力,團隊合作精神、靈活性和抗壓能力強 嫻熟的微軟Office操作,尤其是Excel,有駕照(有信心在高速公路上駕駛) 有機動性(在中國內(nèi)的商務(wù)出差),有對汽車及該行業(yè)的熱情 Focus: Product and data management Your tasks: Support product strategy and portfolio management Development and implementation of product strategies in collaboration with the R&D, Sales and Marketing departments Identification of market trends, customer needs, and competition with the aim to develop and adjust innovative product solutions Administration of the product life cycle: from market analysis and product development through market introduction and market exit (discontinue items) Analysis and optimization of the existing product portfolio to maximize sales revenue and profitability Maintenance of standard product catalogues and the Eibach-App application(s) for the aftermarket and motorsports Management of standard product catalogues for the aftermarket and motorsports (Springs, Shock absorbers, Stabilizer bars, Wheel Spacer, etc.) Stock planning of standard catalogue items Management of the Eibach app data base Market and competition analysis Identification of chances and risks by regular market observations and competitor analysis Collaboration with Sales and Marketing to understand the market and its customers′ needs and develop adequate solutions Development of price strategies based on market and competitor data as well as customer requirements Product development and introduction Coordination of product development in close collaboration with R&D, quality control and external suppliers (e.g. data suppliers, IT companies, developers, ...)
