| 工作描述： |
1)Overall development and implementation of purchasing plan for materials in accordance with the target set by BOS Group and carrying out separate tasks as required by the purchasing director 根據(jù)BOS Group公司目標(biāo)全面執(zhí)行原材料采購計劃和采購經(jīng)理或設(shè)計團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)單獨要求的任務(wù)。 2)To identify, assess and propose suppliers in accordance with the target set by the company and the purchasing standard procedure operation procedures. 識別、評估與公司目標(biāo)和采購標(biāo)準(zhǔn)運作程序一致的供應(yīng)商。 3)Qualified plastic injection commodity supplier management, and keep good relationship with supplier 合格塑料部品供應(yīng)商的管理，并維護(hù)供應(yīng)商的合作關(guān)系 4)Develop and reserve potential supplier, e.g.: Plastic injection , extrusion, painting, covering , flocking etc. 潛在供應(yīng)商的開發(fā)和儲備，例如 注塑，擠出，噴漆，包覆，植絨等 5)Collect main resin marketing price info, resource channels, ensure supply chain security. 收集主要塑料原料的市場價格信息，資源渠道，保證供應(yīng)鏈安全。 6)Regular audit supplier plant ,to know the status of the tooling life time ，quality，development。 定期審核供應(yīng)商工廠，了解供應(yīng)商模具狀態(tài)，壽命，品質(zhì)，及開發(fā) 7)Collaborate and assist EU dept. with supplier for technical review on produces. 配合和協(xié)助設(shè)計部門與供應(yīng)商開展產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的技術(shù)討論。 8)積極跟蹤與管理供應(yīng)商模具開發(fā)進(jìn)度，確保供應(yīng)商新項目開發(fā)滿足BOS項目時間節(jié)點的要求,新項目開發(fā)中，重點參與供應(yīng)商模具的技術(shù)討論，跟蹤供應(yīng)商SSR，模具制造，設(shè)計變更，模具驗收及模具付款 Tracking the schedule of tooling development, make sure supplier can meet BOS key milestone The key task : Technic review with Engineering, tracking supplier SSR and tooling manufacture, design change , tooling accept and tooling payment 9)Purchasing documents and data management, tooling data base ，tooling contract ，PO and sample PO 采購文件和基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的管理，模具數(shù)據(jù)庫的維護(hù)，模具合同訂單管理，新樣品訂單的管理 10)Support tooling audit manage from BOS Group for each plant. 支持 總部各個工廠對供應(yīng)商模具審核的要求。 11)Support and implement the task of supplier sustainability from BOS Group 支持和執(zhí)行BOS 總部對 供應(yīng)商可持續(xù)發(fā)展的管理工作 12)Secret responsibility for the relative information of technology and business etc. 相關(guān)技術(shù)和業(yè)務(wù)信息的保密職責(zé) 13)Other tasks required by the superior. 上級指定的其他工作。 |
