Qualifications任職資格 Academic 學(xué)歷 Bachelor Degree 學(xué)士學(xué)位 Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) At least 3 years working experience in mechanical design and new project development 至少3年機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)和新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn). Job Skill工作技能 1.Be familiar with all kinds of mechanical design norm, be able to conduct the analysis of product structure, function and materials in line with design requirements. 熟悉各種機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范，能夠根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和材料進(jìn)行分析 2.Good knowledge of sheet metal design and technology, experience of sheet metal manufacturing is a plus. 熟悉各種機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范，能夠根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和材料進(jìn)行分析 3.Familiar with mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor. 熟悉AutoCAD、Inventor等機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)軟件 4.Good Microsoft Office skill. 良好的微軟辦公技能 5.Good ability of communication and coordination. 具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力 6.Good English reading and writing 良好的英語讀寫能力 Personality性格 1.Positive attitude and a clear focus on assigned work. 積極的態(tài)度和明確的工作重點(diǎn) 2.Mature, loyal, reliable, tolerant and hands-on. 成熟、忠誠、可靠、寬容、親力親為 3.Take responsibility and ownership. 承擔(dān)責(zé)任和所有權(quán) 4.Good teamwork spirit and capability in independent. 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和獨(dú)立能力 Computer Skill計(jì)算機(jī)能力 1. Good knowledge of using MS office 熟練使用MS辦公軟件 Core Value核心價(jià)值 1.Be able to complete the tasks in the project on time with good quality 能按時(shí)保質(zhì)地完成項(xiàng)目中的任務(wù) 2.Be able to effectively transform concepts and ideas into real objects through reasonable design. 能夠通過合理的設(shè)計(jì)有效地把概念和想法轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)物 Job Duties工作職責(zé) 1.Responsible for mechanical design of products 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì) 2.Responsible for the 3D modeling and engineering drawing of mechanical components 負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)建機(jī)械零部件的3D建模和工程圖紙 3.Responsible for the technical BOM and related technical documents 負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)建設(shè)計(jì)BOM和相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔 4.To assist the supply chain department to communicate with external suppliers and complete the approval of initial sample inspection of purchased parts on time 協(xié)助供應(yīng)鏈部門和外部供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行技術(shù)溝通，按時(shí)完成樣品驗(yàn)收 5.Follow up the manufacturing process, quality and price of components during the design phase 在設(shè)計(jì)階段跟蹤零部件的制造，質(zhì)量和價(jià)格等情況。 6.Responsible for the development and improvement of products 負(fù)責(zé)提升和改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品 7.Responsible for the validation of mechanical assembly process of new products 負(fù)責(zé)驗(yàn)證新產(chǎn)品機(jī)械裝配 8.Guide and supervise the 0-batch production of new products. 指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督新產(chǎn)品的零批次生產(chǎn)。 9.Responsible for the technical documents of mechanical parts. 負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)械部分的技術(shù)文檔 10.Participate in new technology research and development according to company product and technology research and development plan. 根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品以及技術(shù)研發(fā)計(jì)劃，參與新技術(shù)研發(fā) 11.To assist CE certification of products 協(xié)助產(chǎn)品的CE認(rèn)證工作 12.To provide technical supports for patent application 為專利申請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┘夹g(shù)支持 13.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors 完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作 |
