| 工作描述： |
1、Responsible for different works for assembly team as a team leader 做為團隊領導負責裝配線的各項工作； 2、Disposition the work force in the team to achive the team target every day. 調(diào)配裝配線的裝配能力以期完成當天的團隊目標； 3、Carry out fPS in the team as a team leader 作為團隊領導在其團隊里貫徹慧魚流程系統(tǒng) ； 4、Implment CIP activities in workshop as assistant of production manager. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理在車間推行持續(xù)改善活動。 5、Determine the fine assembly plan in assembly line according to the Kanban system, disposition the work force properly to fulfill it. 按照看板系統(tǒng)確定裝配線的詳細生產(chǎn)計劃, 合理配置人員完成計劃. 6、Training and leader the assembly employee. 對裝配員工進行培訓及技術上的領導. 7、Maintain the qualification board , qualify the assembly employee with qualification grade according to the qualification process 資格板的管理, 按照鑒定過程對裝配員工資格等級進行鑒定. 8、Monitor and ensure the standards in assembly are followed. 監(jiān)督并確保裝配上的標準是被遵守的. 9、Adjust equipment/device according technical regulation 按照技術規(guī)范調(diào)試設備/裝置 (安裝調(diào)試圖，圖紙等) 10、Monitor and check the equipment/device are maintained according the maintaince plan 監(jiān)督和檢查設備/裝置是否按照維修保養(yǎng)計劃進行保養(yǎng). 11、Make sure that production productivity are achieved during project rump up. Ensure all improved measures in assembly are implement. 確保在項目爬坡階段達到生產(chǎn)率。確認所有裝配上的改進措施被實施. 12、Analysis the failures from Parato trolley and make the action plan. 分析帕拉圖車上的缺陷次品, 提出改善對策. 13、Monitor and check the 5S in workshop as a leader. 作為團隊領導監(jiān)督和檢查生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場5S活動 14、 Moreover the Employee can do other work, according to instructions much by their chief,head, char-acter or other GM. 如工作需要可執(zhí)行上級領導安排的其它任務 |
